Also revealed during the warehouse investigation was the fact that these voting machines were never manually checked for all combinations of candidate selections during the pre-election testing process.
No this isn 8767 t the correct calculation. The main problem is that your columns correspond to the raters instead of the rating categories. Also the sum of the values in each row should be the same.

Successful SCS implementation depends upon the designers ability to interpret the spec., and to identify unexpected behaviours implied by that spec. Alternatively, we need to ensure the behaviour is predictable given unexpected inputs. However, since the behaviour/input is unexpected, by definition, the people writing the spec. didn't see either. Is it possible that taxonomies may help with this? Obviously, we need some processes that expose possible fault conditions in terms of an external event that was not foreseen, and hence was not considered or checked.

I would like to ask how can I assess the agreement between an isolated rater (master rater) VS a group of say 65 raters. The variables are ordinal, like No Disease, Mild Disease, Moderate Disease, Severe Disease.
This is the p-value. If the value is less than some predesignated value (usually alpha =.55), then the test is viewed as significant (in this case, all it means is that W is significantly different from zero).

It is difficult for me to provide much feedback, since I don-t really have a full grasp of the scenario. I understand there are 5 raters, but I don 8767 t know how many subjects are being rated or what sort of rating measurement you are using (. assignment to category or a Likert scale value or a decimal value). If there are only two subjects then you shouldn 8767 t expect too much from whichever approach you use.
Quick question: What is the difference between the Kendall 8767 s coefficient of concordance and the intraclass correlation coefficient? I already consulted your page about both coefficients but don 8767 t really see the difference.
OK, how much time do you waste learning to use a new software package? And, how many computer systems that you know of invisible, or nearly invisible in the sense that they assist you BUT, don't intrude on your non-computer work patterns? Simple examples that you may be familiar with are ABS, Traction Control, automobile engine management systems. But, what other ones can you think of? Of course, this sounds like ubiquitous computing, however, we are going beyond this. Our goal is the production of systems which can be installed in a work environment, either computerised or not, and have almost zero learning effort, but, which will make life easier.
